Anterior rehabilitation with implant and veneer
Replacing a failing / hopeless tooth with an implant to achieve a good aesthetic outcome. The tooth with recurrent infection and a ill-fitting crown was extracted and replaced with an implant. To match the implant crown, a ceramic veneer was made for the upper left central tooth. Both upper laterals were modified with composite resin to give a more symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing smile. Our patient was delighted with the outcome.
Anterior Zirconia crowns
Smile transformation with minimally preparing and crowning the four upper front teeth using Monolithic Zirconia Crowns. The patient was significantly worn his upper four front teeth and we agreed to protect them and restore them to their original aesthetics.
Anterior Veneers
A very natural smile with identical colour matching to the patient's own dentition was achieved. The old discoloured and mismatched veneers were replaced with more natural ones creating this aesthetically pleasing smile.
Anterior Veneers
In this case, our lovely patient attended complaining how small his natural teeth looked in proportion to his face. Following extensive treatment planning, a full upper arch smile rehabilitation was achieved using a series of Lithium Disilicate (Emax) veneers. Gingivectomy was performed and following the minimally invasive preparations, provisionals were fitted until full gingival healing prior to the fitting of the final veneers.
Anterior Veneers
Repair, Whitten & Resurface! This young gentleman attended with both his upper front teeth broken. We repaired them with composite resin as an immediate treatment, we whitened the teeth to improve aesthetics and then we resurfaced the tooth coloured fillings making them seamless with the remaining teeth. Minimally invasive Dentistry using only composite resin (tooth coloured filling) to recreate and improve the aesthetics.
Full mouth rehabilitation
Life changing transformation! This young man (aged 37) presented complaining of severe wear on all his front teeth that not only he suffered from sensitivity and poor aesthetics, but it was also affecting his confidence. After careful planning (using waxed up articulated study models), we increased the bite using composite (white fillings) restorations and allowed some of his back teeth to come together at this new height (Dahl concept). Once a correct bite was established, we then prepared all his anterior teeth and fitted a combination of monolithic zirconia crowns and bridges. The future plan is to also place some crowns / onlays on his back teeth for their long-term protection.
Full mouth rehabilitation
This lovely lady attended our clinic complaining of the appearance of her teeth and would like to do something more permanent and aesthetic as her existing fillings were constantly falling. She also had a failing bridge on her lower left side. We stripped away nearly all of the fillings, remade them correctly, treated any teeth that had infections and proceeded with the fabrication of Zirconia crowns and bridges. Patient is delighted with her new smile and no longer has to worry of any failing fillings.

Replacement of three unit zirconia anterior bridge to improve aesthetics
In this case tooth coloured restorations (composite resin) were used to close the gap between the two front teeth.
A direct and non-invasive approach
Anterior Zirconia 3-unit bridge
Improvement of aesthetics with replacement of the existing 3-unit ceramometal bridge with a new 3-unit Zirconia bridge
Direct composite veneers in one appointment
This gentleman disliked the appearance of his teeth due to tetracycline staining and although he had tried whitening, he was still not satisfied and wanted a new smile with the most minimally invasive treatment.
Tooth coloured fillings (composite resin) was used in a single appointment to improve the aesthetics.
Use of ceramic veneers to improve the aesthetics of her upper anterior incisors, including recontouring of the gum margins
Use of ceramic (e-max) onlay to restore the large cavity on the lower right first molar
Direct composite veneers in one appointment
In this case tooth coloured restorations (composite resin) were used as direct veneers to improve this young lady's smile. A direct and non-invasive approach
Whitening and replacement of Ceramic Crown UR1
In this case we carried out home whitening followed by replacement of her existing UR1 ceramo-metal crown with an emax (all ceramic) crown to give a whiter more symmetric smile
Full mouth rehabilitation
The treatment for this lady consistent of periodontal therapy, frenectomies, e-max crown on the UR6, ceramic (e-max) veneers on the upper front teeth (UR3 to UL3) and direct tooth coloured restorations on the lower front teeth (LR3 to LL3). She was delighted with her new smile.
Correcting the teeth height with direct fillings
In this case our lovely patient felt her upper left canine and premolars were shorter than her upper right ones.
We corrected with the addition of tooth coloured fillings (composite resin) in only one appointment
Improving smiles

He wanted to restore his smile using the most minimally invasive options. His upper back teeth where restored to their original shape using zirconia crowns and his front teeth including his premolars where restored using tooth coloured fillings. He is delighted with his new smile and is no longer complaining of any discomfort or sensitivity.
Creating Smiles using a zirconia 3-unit bridge and a direct composite veneer
This gentleman attended complaining of poor aesthetics with his upper front teeth. His upper left central incisor was missing and was replaced with a resin retained bridge (sticky bridge). Furthermore, his upper left lateral incisor had a large discoloured filling. We replaced the bridge with a conventional 3-unit zirconia bridge and used direct composite (tooth coloured filling) veneer on his upper right lateral incisor. He was over the moon with the final outcome.
